Raffles Courtyard welcomes cocktail and gin lovers to indulge in its newest collaboration with Tanqueray, a London Dry Gin recognised for its ingenuity and timeless recipe that remains unchanged since 1830. The promotion takes place from 15 March to 15 May 2023.
A Journey Of Gin
As part of the collaborative menu, the unique range of handcrafted cocktails highlights four award-winning expressions from Tanqueray. This includes the ultra-premium small-batch gin, its No TEN, which is bursting with fresh whole citrus fruits that really stands out and delivers a refreshing kick.
Masterfully Made For A Wonderful Taste
Guests can also experience three exquisitely handcrafted cocktails created by the skilled bartenders of Raffles Courtyard. Sip on Raspberry Fizz, featuring zesty, fruity notes of Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin elevated with elderflower syrup, fresh raspberry, orange juice, lime juice and soda for a tart and bubbly finish.
A summery twist on the classic Bloody Mary is also on the menu. Mary’s Breakfast showcases the classic Tanqueray Gin with a tangy blend of Pimms No.1, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, tonic water and a dash of Tabasco. Naturally, there are many more delicious and inviting cocktails to enjoy too.
A New Twist
On top of that, exclusively available at Raffles Courtyard are three classic cocktails concocted by Tanqueray. Unwind in the lush and tranquil surroundings of Raffles Courtyard with a glass of Rangpur Negroni, presented with the exotic Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Gin, perfectly blended with Campari and Mancino Rosso.
Relish in T-10 Martini, simply crafted with Tanqueray No.10 Gin and Dolin Dry Vermouth for a smooth, clean finish before concluding the night with glass of Tanqueray Sevilla Spritz, made with Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin, sparkling wine and soda water. Perfect to wash down your palate with.
Sometimes You Just Need More
Additionally, gin aficionados can also indulge in a selection of Tanqueray expressions by the bottle, accompanied with premium tonics and mixers. These include London Dry Gin, No TEN Gin, Flor de Sevilla Gin and Rangpur Lime Gin.
Guests can also enjoy a mouth watering curated selection of Southeast Asian bites with their cocktails such as a plate of succulent Spicy Tiger Prawns or The Raffles Platter, which consists of Raffles Courtyard’s delectable signatures like Singapore Chilli Crab Cakes, Vegetable Spring Rolls, and Spicy Tiger Prawns.
