adidas Basketball has concluded the 19th edition of adidas Eurocamp, reaffirming its position as one of the world’s premier development platforms for emerging basketball talent.

Held at La Ghirada Città dello Sport in Treviso, Italy, adidas Eurocamp 2026 welcomed more than 70 athletes aged between 16 and 22, representing countries from across the globe.

The annual event brought together prospects, coaches, scouts, media and basketball executives for three days of competition, learning and career-building opportunities.

The camp featured six teams competing in a tournament format, alongside team practices, skill development sessions, player interviews and mentorship programmes designed to help athletes prepare for the next stage of their basketball journey.

Ballin’ Good Time

This year’s edition also expanded beyond on-court activities, offering participants direct access to some of the sport’s most respected figures. Special guests included Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Kenny Atkinson, Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner, Philadelphia 76ers guard VJ Edgecombe and AS Monaco star Mike James, who shared insights on professional development, preparation and the realities of competing at the highest level.

The event also showcased adidas Basketball‘s latest product innovation, with athletes debuting the exclusive “Gelato” Crazy Energy+ colourway. Inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of Treviso, the footwear release paid tribute to Eurocamp’s heritage while embracing the programme’s “Future in Progress” vision.

On the court, the NBL Next Stars emerged as tournament champions following a closely contested final against Eurocamp 1. Individual honours were also awarded during the closing ceremony, with Stefan Joksimovic named Eurocamp MVP and Max Mackinnon earning Finals MVP recognition.

According to adidas Basketball General Manager Max Staiger, the event remains central to the brand’s commitment to investing in future stars and creating opportunities for young athletes to showcase their potential on a global stage.

Nearly two decades after its launch, adidas Eurocamp continues to serve as a key meeting point for the international basketball community, helping identify and develop the next generation of professional talent.
