The Lind Hotels Expands Beyond Boracay With Coron And Siargao Plans

The Lind Hotels is expanding beyond its flagship property in Boracay, with new developments planned in Coron and Siargao. The move signals a shift from a single-property identity to a broader, multi-island portfolio, while maintaining a focus on independent, guest-led hospitality.

The brand’s foundation remains The Lind Boracay, located along Station 1 White Beach. Known for its guest-centric approach and recognition by the MICHELIN Guide, the property has built a strong base of repeat visitors, with its offering evolving over time through updated dining, wellness and leisure concepts.

The next phase begins with The Lind Coron, expected to open next year. Designed as a more secluded, villa-led property, it will offer a quieter alternative to Boracay, with multiple dining venues, a dive centre and expanded wellness facilities. This will be followed by The Lind Siargao, tapping into the growing appeal of the island, often regarded as one of the Philippines’ leading surf destinations.
Rather than rapid expansion, the brand’s approach remains measured, focusing on destinations with long-term potential and limited high-end supply. By staying independent, The Lind Hotels aims to retain flexibility in how each property is developed, while keeping a consistent emphasis on experience and adaptability as it grows across the Philippines.
