Le Pristine Singapore is where food, fashion, art, music and design all merge

This October, Grand Hyatt Singapore unveils Le Pristine Singapore, the first Southeast Asian venture by celebrated Dutch chef Sergio Herman. Nestled in the vibrant space formerly occupied by mezza9, this restaurant promises a unique fusion of food, fashion, art, music, and design, revitalising the Singaporean dining scene.Le Pristine

Spacious And Inviting

Spanning 650 square metres, Le Pristine features a cosy 114-seater layout, divided into two intimate dining areas by an open kitchen, complemented by five beautifully designed private dining rooms ideal for family gatherings or business meetings. Chef Sergio will showcase new Italian cuisine, paying homage to authentic Italian flavours too.

At Le Pristine, diners can expect a menu rich in robust flavours and creative combinations. Highlights include the Cannelloni Mussels, featuring Zeeland mussels wrapped in delicate pasta, and a Lobster Salad that combines fresh lobster with creamy stracchino cheese and a cherry vinaigrette.Pristine Singapore

Delicious Dishes

A must-try is the Le Pristine Signature Seafood Orecchiette, a harmonious blend of mussels, squid, and langoustine, served with housemade pasta and a rich nduja sauce. Another exclusive dish is the Pizzette King Chilli Crab, featuring tender Alaskan king crab atop a fluffy mini pizza base, perfectly embodying Singaporean flavours.

Dessert enthusiasts will delight in the Housemade à la minute Vanilla Ice Cream, made fresh to order and finished tableside with caramelised pistachios and chocolate sauce. The restaurant’s ambiance, designed by Japanese firm NAO Taniyama & Associates, is a moody, art-filled space featuring works by renowned Dutch artists. Pristine Singapore
