The Standard Na Jomtien Brings Bold Beachfront Luxury To Pattaya

Share
The Standard Pattaya

The Standard has unveiled plans for its latest Southeast Asian venture, The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien, set to open in October 2025. Nestled just over an hour from Bangkok, the new resort promises to redefine the Thai coastline experience with a signature blend of bold design, laid-back luxury, and playful sophistication.

The beachfront property marks the brand’s fourth opening in the region, following acclaimed launches in Hua Hin (2021), Bangkok Mahanakhon (2022), and Singapore (2024). Positioned in the tranquil enclave of Na Jomtien—far removed from Pattaya’s bustling nightlife—the resort is poised to offer a refined alternative centred around sea, style, and serenity.

Beachfront Vibes

The development will also debut Esmé, The Standard’s first-ever beach club, blending vibrant Thai flavours with bold Mexican influences in a stylish coastal setting. Another standout dining destination, Sereia, will spotlight Chonburi’s rich seafood traditions with a live-fire grill concept and seasonal Thai dishes. Guests can also discover Mmhmmm, an adults-only rooftop escape featuring a bar, mud lounge, ice bath, and hidden pool—all overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.

The interior design, created in collaboration with DIN Studio, and Studio Lupine alongside Verena Haller and The Standard’s in-house design team, together with architecture led by ONION, The Standard, Pattaya will be a playful interpretation of modernist architecture, infused with the brand’s distinct visual language.

Brutalist edges will be softened by whimsical undulating curves and rhythmic vertical lines, creating a sculptural environment that will feel both bold and welcoming.

The resort will house 161 rooms and suites, including Ocean View Pool Suites and a 322-square-metre Penthouse. Interiors are styled for comfort and escape, complete with curated amenities, rain showers, and either garden or sea views.

Seaside Living

Art and fashion collaborations will also play a key role. A bespoke courtyard sculpture by Chloé Kelly Miller, created in partnership with MozART Advisory, celebrates themes of unity and family. Uniforms, designed by Thai fashion house Vickteerut, merge clean tailoring with breezy resort wear.

Further amenities include a beachfront pool deck, Surf Shack grab-and-go café, and seamless access to nearby islands such as Koh Kram and Koh Larn—perfect for snorkelling, sailing, and island-hopping adventures.

With its opening, The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien aims to set a new benchmark for Thai coastal hospitality—where every detail reflects a fresh, design-forward approach to seaside living.
