Kia Sales Malaysia has launched its first-ever Kia Ownership Experience, a week-long initiative aimed at strengthening customer confidence and enhancing the ownership journey for Kia drivers in Malaysia.
Held from 11 to 17 May 2026 at the Kia Glenmarie flagship 3S centre in the Klang Valley, the programme forms part of the company’s broader strategy to “Return, Rebuild and Reposition” the Kia brand locally.

The event offers customers, media and the wider Kia community a closer look at the company’s growing after-sales operations, technical expertise and customer care initiatives.
Leading the technical demonstrations is H.G. Choi, Senior Technical Manager of Kia’s Ownership Operation Team, who brings more than three decades of global after-sales experience. Throughout the programme, Choi and Kia’s local technical team will inspect more than 100 vehicles, including the Forte, Sportage, Carnival and Sorento.
Participating customers with confirmed appointments will receive complimentary engine oil, original Kia windshield wipers and a car wash following their inspections.

The event also marks the introduction of the new Kia Maintenance Plan, allowing customers to prepay servicing costs for up to five years. The programme covers items including full synthetic engine oil replacement, cabin and air filters, brake fluid, spark plugs and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
Maintenance plans are currently available for selected Kia Sportage and Kia Carnival variants.
