When?

Running from 14 January to 15 February 2025, MANDALA CLUB x BELMOND: A Taste of Italy brings together the expertise of renowned chefs from four of Belmond’s iconic Italian properties. Each will offer diners a taste of their region’s finest dishes and culinary traditions.

The residency celebrates the Italian art of Villeggiatura, the timeless joy of a leisurely, endless summer. Each dinner is a curated journey through Italy’s diverse culinary landscape, with dishes that showcase the rich regional flavors and heritage of some of the country’s most enchanting destinations.

Proper Italian

During the residency diners will be able to savor the authentic tastes of Italy, from the romantic northern canals of Venice to the sun-kissed southern shores of Sicily. The lineup of chefs is also nothing short of spectacular. Starting off with Chef Vania Ghedini of the Michelin-starred Oro at Hotel Cipriani in Venice kicks off the residency from 14 to 18 January , bringing Venetian elegance to the table.

Chef Roberto Toro from Otto Geleng at the Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina offers a Mediterranean flair from 21 to 25 January. Then, from 4 to 8 February, Chef Daniele Sera of Tosca at Castello di Casole in Tuscany introduces guests to the flavors of the Tuscan countryside.

The Delicious End

Finally, Chef Armando Aristarco of Ristorante Belvedere at Caruso on the Amalfi Coast closes out the series from February 11-15 with a taste of Southern Italy. The experience, available exclusively at Mandala Club, invites guests to immerse themselves in the carefree elegance of Italian summers through exceptional food, culture, and conversation.
