Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is marking its 125th anniversary with a series of exclusive Michelin-starred dining experiences at its signature French restaurant, Le Beaulieu.

On 29 and 30 May, Le Beaulieu’s “Rendez-vous” series will welcome Hiroyuki Matsumoto of Tokyo’s one-Michelin-starred Restaurant Prunier for a four-hands dinner alongside Le Beaulieu Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele.

The collaboration blends French culinary heritage with Japanese precision through a seasonal tasting menu inspired by both restaurants’ longstanding histories. Dinner will be served from 6pm to 10.30pm and priced from VND4.9 million++ per person.

On 31 May, Le Beaulieu will also host a Provençal-themed Sunday Brunch led by Louis Gachet of one-Michelin-starred Le Feuilée. The brunch will feature Provençal-inspired dishes, French classics, seafood, artisanal cheeses and live jazz entertainment.
The brunch is priced from VND3.5 million++ per person, with optional free-flow wine and Champagne packages available. The culinary events form part of a year-long celebration commemorating the historic hotel’s 125th anniversary since opening in 1901.
