Motorists and residents in Mutiara Damansara now have two more dining options at PETRONAS Station Mutiara Damansara, with the opening of a Steers drive-thru and a Debonairs Pizza restaurant.

The outlets mark the second Malaysian location for both South African brands, following their debut in Bangi in December 2025. The latest opening also introduces Malaysia’s first Steers drive-thru, allowing customers to collect their meals without leaving their vehicles.

Steers focuses on flame-grilled burgers and chicken, with a menu built around its signature smoky flavours. Its burgers feature 100 per cent beef patties served in freshly baked buns, accompanied by its signature barbecue sauce and seasoned chips. Meals are prepared to order, with options for dine-in, takeaway and drive-thru.

Burgers, pizzas and convenient dining

For those looking for something to share, Debonairs Pizza offers a menu of freshly prepared pizzas made with its own dough and signature sauces. Generous toppings are a central feature of the menu, which caters to family meals, casual dinners and gatherings with friends. Customers can choose to dine in or take their orders away.

Both restaurants use halal ingredients, broadening the food choices available at the station.

The openings form part of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad’s (PDB) wider effort to expand its non-fuel retail business through its retail arm, Mesra Retail & Cafe Sdn Bhd (MESRA). The aim is to develop PETRONAS stations into more comprehensive stops for food, retail and everyday convenience, beyond their traditional role as refuelling points.

According to MESRA, the two brands are expected to feature in its wider expansion plans across the Klang Valley and other priority markets, with potential locations including PETRONAS stations, selected shopping malls and other strategic sites.

MESRA holds the exclusive master licence for both Steers and Debonairs Pizza in Malaysia from Famous Brands, the South African restaurant franchisor.

The Mutiara Damansara outlets are now open at PETRONAS Station Mutiara Damansara, offering another option for those looking for a quick meal or a more relaxed stop during the day.
