Prime Video has unveiled its schedule for the 2026–27 NBA season, expanding its coverage to include marquee regular-season matchups, the Emirates NBA Cup, international games and a deeper run into the playoffs.

The second season of NBA on Prime begins on 24 October with a doubleheader featuring the reigning champion New York Knicks against the Boston Celtics, followed by the Houston Rockets facing the San Antonio Spurs in Austin, Texas.

The platform will also carry the Emirates NBA Cup throughout its group and knockout stages, culminating in the championship game on 12 December at Butler University’s Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Group play begins on 31 October, with five consecutive weeks of Friday doubleheaders.

International coverage will feature the 2027 NBA Paris Game on 15 January, followed by the Manchester Game on 18 January. The Paris fixture will see Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs face the New Orleans Pelicans.

Prime Video will also showcase 11 Saturday games in European prime time during the season, featuring international stars including Giannis Antetokounmpo, Franz Wagner and Wembanyama.

For viewers following the postseason, Prime Video will carry six games across three nights of the NBA Play-In Tournament in April 2027, alongside selected first- and second-round playoff games. The season will culminate with the platform’s first exclusive presentation of the Eastern Conference Finals in May.

The schedule also marks a further expansion of Prime Video’s international NBA offering. According to the platform, its NBA coverage outside the United States grew 28 per cent year-on-year during the 2025–26 season, with increased viewership across Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
