Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is celebrating Elle & Vire’s 80th anniversary with Crème de la Crème, a new Afternoon Tea collaboration at Park Lounge running from 11 September to 30 November 2026.
The three-month menu brings together French dairy traditions and contemporary pâtisserie, with Hong Kong pastry chef Mandy, founder of Finesse Patisserie and an Elle & Vire Brand Ambassador, contributing several of the creations.

Among Chef Mandy’s highlights are Flan Cacao Walnut, Verbena Lime Bubble Tart and Pecan Café Latte, alongside desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Holger Deh, including Black Forest Cherries, Mille Feuille with Coconut Kaya and Monaca Genmaicha.
Chef Mandy began her pastry career at 15 before opening Finesse Patisserie in Hong Kong in 2022. Her work has earned recognition from 100 Top Tables, which named her Best Pastry Chef.
The collaboration launches on 11 September with a special appearance by Chef Mandy at Park Lounge, accompanied by live accordion music. The menu will then evolve throughout its run, with seasonal additions arriving in October and a festive edition planned for November.

The celebration also extends beyond the Afternoon Tea with an exclusive Black Forest creation by Chef Holger Deh, developed for the collaboration. It will be available for purchase at the hotel’s Bakery Bar and online, bringing his interpretation of the classic dessert together with Elle & Vire’s French dairy products.
Crème de la Crème Afternoon Tea is priced at MYR 228 nett per person, with an optional Sparkling Rosé Tea pairing at MYR 58 nett per person.
