IHG Hotels & Resorts continues to grow its voco brand at pace, marking 2025 with a series of high-profile openings across Asia. Known for its distinctive style, warm hospitality, and conversion-friendly model, voco has now surpassed 100 open hotels worldwide since launching in 2018.

Here are the standout voco properties opening their doors in 2025:

voco Quang Binh Resort, Dong Hoi, Vietnam

Opened in May 2025, the world’s first-ever voco resort, this beachfront property on Bao Ninh Beach blends Indochine-inspired design with laid-back luxury. Guests can enjoy 68 suites and villas, a spa with 17 treatment rooms, and local cuisine at the Flamingo Restaurant. Its proximity to Son Doong Cave and the UNESCO-listed Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park makes it a gateway to Vietnam’s natural wonders.

voco Seoul Myeongdong, South Korea

Located near cultural landmarks like Gyeongbokgung Palace and Namsan Tower, this 576-room hotel brings voco’s premium comfort to the heart of Seoul. With sweeping cityscape views and easy access to shopping and entertainment, it offers a relaxing “me time” escape in a bustling metropolis.

voco Bandung Setiabudoi, Indonesia

Set in one of Bandung’s most vibrant districts, this 162-room hotel is designed for both business and leisure travellers. Amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, ballroom, six meeting rooms, heated pool, spa, and kids’ club, all wrapped in signature voco warmth.

voco Bangkok Surawong, Thailand

A transformation of the former Tawanna Bangkok Hotel, this 242-room property is voco’s debut in Thailand. Following a full renovation, it will offer guests an ideal base near Silom, Sathorn, and Lumpini Park. Part of a larger master-planned tourism project, it caters to growing demand in one of Vietnam’s most popular beach destinations.

voco Kuching, Sarawak Malaysia

Slated to open late 2026, the 321-room voco Kuching will be the first voco property in Malaysia.
