This June, Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur invites guests to embark on an exquisite culinary odyssey through ASEAN with a buffet experience at Mosaic that pays tribute to the rich heritage and vibrant flavours of the region.

From 1 to 30 June 2025, Mosaic transforms into a gastronomic crossroads, presenting an opulent SEA Series buffet that artfully captures the essence of ASEAN cuisine. In an elegant yet contemporary setting, diners are transported on a multi-sensory journey, where every dish tells a story of culture, tradition, and artisanal mastery.

The menu is a symphony of Southeast Asian favourites—each dish carefully curated to showcase authenticity and regional character. Highlights include Singaporean Chili Crab rich with sweet-spicy umami, Filipino Leche Flan with its silken caramel finish, the bold spice of Indonesian Ayam Penyet, and the delicate freshness of Laotian Shrimp Rice Paper Rolls. Guests can also indulge in Vietnamese Banh Mi, Myanmar’s Tea Leaf Salad, and the ever-beloved Thai Mango Sticky Rice.
