Back by popular demand, the SEA LIFE Underwater Dining Experience returns to LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort for 2026. Set within SEA LIFE Malaysia, this signature offering invites guests to dine against the backdrop of a living aquarium—where marine life glides past as each course is served.

Designed as both a romantic setting and a memorable family occasion, the experience blends atmosphere with thoughtful hospitality, creating a setting that feels both intimate and immersive.

A Refreshed Four-Course Menu

This year’s return is marked by a newly curated four-course menu, elevating the culinary aspect of the experience. The meal begins with a refined appetiser featuring smoked chicken paired with beetroot, freekeh, olives, and crème fraîche.

A roasted asparagus cream soup follows, layered with smoked butter, sundried tomato, and basil pesto for added depth. For the main course, guests can choose between three options—chicken ballotine with spinach stuffing, crusted lamb loin with pomegranate emulsion, or a classic veal Wellington served with duck fat potato purée.

To finish, a light yet indulgent coconut panna cotta dessert is complemented by citrus notes and chocolate textures, offering a balanced end to the meal.

Enhanced Views, Tailored Seating

Alongside the updated menu, the experience introduces improved seating options designed to enhance comfort and visibility. Guests can now select from three tiers, each offering a different perspective of the aquarium.

Tier 1 places diners closest to the iconic Ocean Tunnel, while Tier 2 offers a broader panoramic view. Tier 3 provides a more relaxed vantage point near the Crab Cove and eel exhibits—ensuring every seat still delivers a connection to the underwater world.
