Garmin Malaysia has unveiled new watch faces inspired by Pokémon Sleep, designed to make sleep tracking more engaging while providing users with better insights into their daily energy levels.

Available now for free via the Connect IQ Store, the themed watch faces are compatible with selected Garmin smartwatch ranges including the Garmin fēnix, Garmin Forerunner, Garmin Venu and Garmin vívoactive.

The collaboration blends Garmin’s health-tracking technology with the beloved Pokémon universe, offering users a fun way to monitor energy levels throughout the day.

Two Playful Watch Face Designs

Users can choose between two Pokémon-themed watch faces. The “Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax & Friends” design features familiar characters including Snorlax, Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle set against the scenic Greengrass Isle.

Alternatively, the “Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You” watch face allows users to select one Pokémon from a lineup of 48 options, adding a personal touch to the smartwatch display.

Watch Faces That React to Energy Levels

The Pokémon characters are not just decorative — their poses change dynamically throughout the day based on the wearer’s Body Battery energy levels, a feature that measures how much energy the body has available.

As energy levels shift, Pokémon expressions change accordingly, transitioning from energetic and cheerful during high energy periods to tired and sleepy as the user’s energy decreases.

To support healthy sleep routines, the watch face also includes a night mode that automatically activates approximately 90 minutes before the user’s scheduled bedtime set in the Garmin Connect app.

Integration With Pokémon Sleep

Beyond the watch faces, selected Garmin devices are now compatible with the Pokémon Sleep mobile app, allowing users to sync sleep data directly between their smartwatch and the game.

This integration provides users with deeper insights into their sleep patterns while adding a playful element to nightly rest tracking.
