Pull&Bear has expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the opening of a new concept store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, one of the capital’s premier retail destinations.

Located on the mall’s fourth floor, the new store spans approximately 426 square metres and introduces an updated retail concept that blends modern design, digital integration and functional layouts to enhance the in-store shopping experience.

The new outlet reflects Pull&Bear’s evolving brand identity, combining contemporary aesthetics with a versatile store environment. Clean white textures, metallic finishes and luminous design elements define the interior, creating a bright and open space that highlights the brand’s youthful and dynamic character.

A key feature of the store is its adjustable clothing display structure, designed to provide a wider and more flexible visual layout for merchandise. The refined décor simplifies the presentation of collections while ensuring the space remains practical and easy to navigate for shoppers.

Digital technology also plays a central role in the store’s concept. Multi-position digital screens are installed throughout the retail space to communicate brand content and product highlights, reinforcing Pull&Bear’s focus on a more connected and interactive retail environment.

As part of the brand’s ongoing retail digitisation strategy, the store maintains assisted self-checkout services, allowing customers to complete purchases quickly and conveniently. Dedicated pick-up and drop-off points are also available for online order collection and returns, supporting an increasingly seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

The new store will showcase the latest Pull&Bear menswear and womenswear collections, continuing the brand’s focus on casual fashion inspired by youth culture, music, art and street style.
