Get ready for Penang Cocktail Week, making its grand return from 1 to 18 September and this year, it’s set to be bigger and better than ever. This vibrant 8-day festival will showcase over 80 guest bartenders from 17 cities around the globe, bringing together more than 60 cocktail and bartending events across the charming bars and hotels of George Town, Penang.
Festival Highlights
The biggest highlight is the Bar Takeovers. Here you can indulge in world-class mixology as renowned bars like Coa from Hong Kong, Jigger & Pony from Singapore, and Maybe Sammy from Sydney take over local venues. Each takeover promises a unique cocktail experience that reflects the distinct styles and creativity of these celebrated establishments.

In addition to drinks, you can also join thought-provoking panels where experts discuss key topics in the world of bartending. These sessions cover everything from health and wellness in the industry to career advancement and the future of hospitality.
