PATRÓN Tequila has unveiled its new campaign, “100% Additive-Free Tequila,” underscoring the brand’s commitment to producing premium tequila without any additives. Since its founding in 1989, the brand has been dedicated to crafting tequila using just three natural ingredients: 100% Weber Blue Agave, water, and yeast—no sweeteners, no extracts, and no secret ingredients.

As consumers increasingly demand transparency and quality in the products they consume, PATRÓN is leading the charge in the tequila industry. According to the 2025 Bacardi Global Consumer Survey, 61% of global consumers prefer additive-free spirits, and PATRÓN is answering this call by reinforcing its additive-free heritage.

PATRÓN’s new campaign will feature striking billboards, truck wraps, and a creative one-ingredient cocktail book for bartenders. These marketing efforts aim to highlight the brand’s dedication to producing tequila without additives and raise awareness about the potential presence of additives in other tequilas.

Additives like glycerin, caramel colouring, and wood extract are sometimes used in the tequila industry to alter taste, colour, and texture, but PATRÓN remains firm in its belief that quality tequila doesn’t need these additions.

As part of the campaign, PATRÓN is educating consumers on what additives are and why they should care. With tequila crafted through a time-honoured, small-batch production process in Jalisco, Mexico, PATRÓN stands out as a true artisanal product, made without shortcuts or artificial enhancements.
