Families visiting LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort can now continue their LEGO adventures beyond the theme park with the introduction of LEGO CITY-themed rooms at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.

Available from 10 October 2026, the new rooms bring the world of LEGO CITY into the hotel, with scenes featuring police officers, firefighters, construction crews and deep-sea divers. The designs also include playful details such as crooks escaping after a jewellery heist, giving younger guests plenty to discover during their stay.

The addition expands the hotel’s existing range of themed accommodation, which includes PIRATE, KINGDOM, ADVENTURE, LEGO NINJAGO and LEGO Friends rooms.

A city adventure beyond the theme park

Inspired by the LEGO CITY universe, the new rooms feature a series of miniature scenarios built around everyday heroes and urban adventures. Families can explore the details together, spotting humorous scenes and hidden elements throughout the space.

The accommodation retains the hotel’s family-friendly layout, with separate sleeping areas for adults and children. Children have access to a bunk bed and pull-out trundle bed, accommodating up to three young guests.

The experience also extends to an in-room treasure hunt, in which children follow clues hidden around the room to discover LEGO surprises. The activity gives families another way to engage with the theme after a day exploring the resort’s rides, attractions and hands-on experiences.

According to Thilakavathy Munusamy, director of sales and marketing at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, the new rooms bring the spirit of the LEGO CITY zone into the hotel, allowing children to continue creating their own stories after the theme park closes.

More options for a family staycation

The LEGO CITY rooms join a collection of themed stays designed to extend the resort experience beyond its attractions. With distinct room concepts and activities for younger guests, the hotel offers families another option when planning an overnight visit.

For those looking to combine a theme park outing with an immersive hotel stay, the new rooms place the focus on imaginative play, with city-inspired scenes and interactive details woven into the accommodation itself.

The LEGO CITY-themed rooms are available at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 10 October 2026. Families can check directly with LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort for booking information and availability.
