Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) and LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening rail tourism, improving public mobility and supporting tourism growth in Malaysia’s southern corridor.

The partnership encourages more Malaysians to travel to Johor via ETS services by offering a special 35% discount on LEGOLAND Malaysia admission tickets for ETS passengers across all travel sectors.

The promotion will run from 21 May to 21 November 2026 and applies to LEGOLAND Malaysia Day tickets, enhancing the overall family travel experience to one of Johor’s leading tourist destinations.

The collaboration comes as KTMB continues expanding its ETS network, improving connectivity between Johor, the Klang Valley and northern regions. The initiative also supports the national “Road to Rail” aspiration, which promotes rail transport as a safer, more comfortable and sustainable alternative to road travel.

With LEGOLAND Malaysia remaining a major attraction for both domestic and international visitors, the partnership is expected to further stimulate tourism flows into Johor through more convenient and seamless travel options.

KTMB said the collaboration reflects a broader effort to strengthen Malaysia’s rail tourism ecosystem by working with tourism operators and strategic partners connected through the nationwide station network.

Further details on the promotion and ticket redemption terms are available via KTMB’s official platforms.
