Honda Malaysia has today launched their ultra popular compact sports SUV whilst sharing exciting news that they already have a healthy 20,000 bookings in hand. This all-New HR-V has already been making waves in the market since bookings opened 5 weeks ago.

The HR-V created a brand-new Compact SUV segment in 2015 making it the most sought after model since its introduction.

This latest 2022 model HR-V which was developed with the concept of “AMP UP YOUR LIFE”, has been transformed featuring exceptional styling, advanced powertrain and innovative features yet remaining practical as an everyday companion.

The exterior of the All-New HR-V has received a full transformation to appear stylish and premium compared to its predecessor.

The front appearance is dominant with a New Sporty Front Grille Design while the rear is further elevated with a bold design comprising LED Taillight Strip. The attractive aesthetics of this new model consist of Front LED Sequential Turn Signals, Full LED Headlights with Daytime Running Lights (DRL), Front LED Fog Lights and 18-inch Sporty Alloy Wheels complete the new look of this 2022 HR-V.

The All-New HR-V continues to raise the bar in the Compact SUV segment with the introduction of 3 powertrains for customers to choose from based on their lifestyle and preferences.

First introduced in the City and City Hatchback, the e:HEV technology gained good market acceptance and will be expanded to the All-New HR-V RS to cater to customers who prefer highly efficient hybrid powertrain in a compact SUV body type.

The RM140,800 priced 1.5L e:HEV system with 2-motors delivers 131PS of power and 253Nm of torque. The unique and advanced Honda’s 2-motor hybrid system regulates between three modes of driving: EV, Hybrid and Engine drive, that will switch alternately in accordance to driver’s driving conditions.

Customers who seek a thrilling performance will have the powertrain option of RM129,800 priced 1.5L VTEC Turbocharged Engine (V which is priced at RM134,800 & E variants) which able to deliver 181PS and 240Nm of torque for an exhilarating and responsive driving experience.

The RS, V and E variants will be offered with drive mode options of NORMAL, SPORT, and ECON, which can be switched easily with Drive Mode Selector. The S variant of the All-New HR-V will be equipped with a 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC engine producing 121PS and maximum torque of 145Nm.

The All-New HR-V’s interior has been designed to provide comfort and added modern feel and stylishness. The RS variant now features leather upholstery, Sports Pedals, Dual Zone Auto Air Conditioning and Deceleration Selector Paddle.

The RS, V and E variants feature a 7-inch Interactive TFT Meter Cluster and 8-inch Display Audio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity.
