Fittie Sense Refreshes Space And Menu With New Wellness Dining Concept

Fittie Sense has unveiled a refreshed space and menu, marking the next phase of its evolution from a wellness café into a lifestyle and community-driven dining destination.
Founded in Bangsar in 2017 by Chef-Founder Victor Yap and Co-Founder Su Mei Lim, the brand was built on the belief that healthy food should never compromise on flavour. The latest refresh reinforces that philosophy, with a renewed focus on creating dining experiences that balance indulgence and nutrition.
At the heart of the launch is Menu Volume 7, which introduces a more personalised approach to wellness dining. Signature additions include a grass-fed beef steak with mushroom cream sauce, showcasing the brand’s move away from restrictive health food perceptions towards dishes that combine flavour, quality ingredients and nutritional value.
Flexitarian Dining

The updated menu also embraces a flexitarian approach, allowing guests to customise meals with optional proteins such as chicken or salmon, while offering alternatives including konjac noodles in place of traditional pasta. A new “Build Your Own” section provides macro transparency, enabling diners to tailor meals to their individual nutritional goals.
“We’ve always believed that flavour comes first. If a dish doesn’t excite you, it doesn’t matter how nutritious it is. This new menu reflects our evolution where wellness and indulgence are no longer separate ideas, but one seamless experience,” said Victor Yap and Su Mei Lim, Co-Founders of Fittie Sense.
The refreshed interior complements the menu’s direction, creating a flexible environment suited to both intimate meals and communal gatherings. Beyond dining, the brand is expanding its role as a community hub through collaborations with run clubs, yoga groups and wellness-focused experiences.

According to the founders, the wellness dining landscape has evolved significantly since Fittie Sense first opened, prompting the brand to move beyond traditional clean-eating concepts towards a more refined and globally inspired culinary offering.
Positioned within the premium-casual dining segment, Fittie Sense continues to cater to a broad audience seeking balanced, flavour-forward meals that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences, including gluten-free and high-protein options.
With its refreshed space, expanded menu and community-led initiatives, Fittie Sense aims to redefine wellness dining by demonstrating that nutrition, indulgence and great flavour can coexist effortlessly.
