The Aman Group opens a brand new premier destination in Dubai
Aman Group has unveiled plans for Janu Dubai, its second luxury destination in the vibrant heart of Dubai, set to open in 2027. This announcement follows the successful launch of Janu Tokyo in March 2024, which has quickly become a landmark in Tokyo’s hospitality scene, renowned for its dynamic dining experiences and expansive wellness facilities.

Janu Dubai will be ideally located in Dubai International Financial District (DIFC), surrounded by world-class retail, dining, and entertainment options, with easy access to Downtown Dubai. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, a leading Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm, the property will boast sweeping views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and lush garden landscapes. 
Emphasising a connection to nature, Janu Dubai will feature expansive outdoor terraces and balconies adorned with abundant greenery, setting a new standard for luxury living in the UAE.

Owned by Alia Developments and managed by H&H Development, Janu Dubai will offer approximately 150 hotel rooms, alongside Janu-branded residences and an exclusive member’s club. The property will showcase distinctive dining venues, bars, event spaces, and an extensive wellness and fitness centre and so much more.
