Paris Brosnan Brings Art, Heart And Healing To Kuala Lumpur

It was a night where art met purpose high above the city, as Paris Brosnan – artist and son of Hollywood icon Pierce Brosnan – unveiled his first Malaysian exhibition, In Motion, at the stunning SkyDeck of Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur.

The event, hosted by Pantheon Art in partnership with BMW, 23 Century Medical Group, Imperial Lexis, and M. Schafer, drew in a stylish crowd of art lovers, philanthropists, and cultural insiders. Guests kicked things off with a relaxed high tea before moving into the main exhibition space, where Paris’s bold and expressive works took centre stage.

For A Good Cause

But it wasn’t just about the art – it was about making an impact. Earlier in the week, Paris visited 23 Century Medical Group’s regenerative medicine clinic in KL, where he saw first-hand the incredible work being done in stem cell therapy and immunology.

Deeply moved by the stories of young patients, he announced he would be donating a special artwork inspired by his visit – a piece dedicated to the strength of children and families who are navigating serious health challenges.

“It’s been such a pleasure spending time in Kuala Lumpur,” Paris shared. “I’m proud to be working with such innovative partners. Supporting causes that bring real hope to children and families is something I’ll always be proud of.”

One of the most touching moments of the evening came when Cambodian painter Ponleu Prom joined Paris on stage with his five-year-old son, Charlie, who’s currently undergoing treatment in Malaysia after a long battle with brain cancer.

Charlie has already been through a lot – 30 sessions of radiotherapy and 10 rounds of chemotherapy back in Cambodia – but it was in Malaysia, through 23 Century’s Natural Killer Cell Immunotherapy, that real progress began. Since starting treatment, Charlie’s energy, appetite and spirits have all come back, giving his family a renewed sense of hope.

“Malaysia isn’t just keeping up in global medical innovation – we’re leading the way,” said Dr Angelina Tiah, CEO of 23 Century Medical Group. “Charlie’s journey is a reminder that science is at its best when it’s about people.”

As the sun set over the KL skyline and the final guests filtered out, In Motion left a lasting impression – not just with its art, but with its message. It was a powerful reminder that when creativity and science come together, real change happens.
