Marina Bay Sands has hit a new chapters its luxury transformation
Marina Bay Sands, Singapore’s iconic luxury resort, has revealed an exciting new vision with the launch of its “Above Beyond” campaign, marking the completion of its USD1.75 billion (about RM7.82 billion) transformation. This extensive renovation includes the highly anticipated Paiza Collection, a collection of ultra-luxurious suites across all three hotel towers.

These suites, serviced by the largest butler team in Singapore, represent the pinnacle of luxury hospitality and design, offering guests an unparalleled experience with bespoke furnishings, private lifts, and personal butlers. The transformation is part of Marina Bay Sands’ broader plan to elevate its offerings and redefine what luxury means in the hospitality industry.
The new brand vision, “Above Beyond,” reflects both the physical grandeur of the property and the ambition to exceed guest expectations, setting a new benchmark in service and design. The campaign, developed with top-tier creatives like Pentagram New York and filmmaker Celine Song, showcases the resort’s commitment to becoming one of the world’s most iconic and innovative destinations.

The Paiza Collection features a range of opulent suites, including the Chairman Suite, which spans 630 square metres and includes luxurious amenities like a baby grand piano, a spa, a gym and even a golf simulator. Guests in these suites are treated to the utmost privacy and comfort, with personalised services to match their every need.
In total, the transformation includes around 1,850 rooms, including 775 suites, and is set to be completed by 2025. Alongside these physical upgrades, Marina Bay Sands has also undertaken a complete rebranding, with a refreshed visual identity and new customer service standards, including Forbes Travel Guide-certified training for staff.
