Horizon And Selten Unveil Limited Edition Nemo Reissue

Independent watchmakers Horizon Watches and Selten Watch have announced a unique collaboration with the launch of the Limited Edition Nemo Reissue Collection, blending bold engineering with refined craftsmanship.
The partnership, which merges Horizon’s robust design language with Selten’s dial-making finesse, was born from mutual admiration. Fred Bekher, founder of Horizon Watches, first encountered Selten through its M1 Moonphase collection—known for its intricate CNC guilloché mother-of-pearl dials. Captivated by the artistry, Bekher reached out to Selten founder Leonardo Tsai with the idea of combining their creative visions.
“I love the idea of collaborating with a fellow microbrand,” said Tsai. “Fred’s Horizon Nemo collection felt like the perfect canvas for our unique dials—it was a natural fit.”

The result is a striking reinterpretation of Horizon’s Nemo series, a line originally inspired by nautical exploration and rugged utility. For the reissue, two distinct colourways have been introduced: a refined black, echoing Selten’s minimalist elegance, and a vibrant teal, paying homage to the oceanic roots of the Nemo design.
Each model features Selten’s signature dial work, set within Horizon’s durable and angular case design—an aesthetic that has earned the brand a loyal following among enthusiasts of microbrand horology. Notably, the release is strictly limited to 50 pieces per colourway, heightening its appeal to collectors.

The collaboration marks a rare but celebrated instance of two independent watch brands pooling their talents to push creative boundaries.
The Limited Edition Nemo Reissue will be available for purchase directly from both brands’ websites and selected retail partners from early August 2025. Given the limited numbers and the rising popularity of boutique timepieces, industry insiders expect demand to be high.
With this release, Horizon and Selten demonstrate that small-scale, design-led watchmaking can still surprise and delight in an industry often dominated by legacy names.
