Electric car manufacturer, Tesla has added Grok Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is a new in-car conversational AI assistant to all its electric vehicles sold or delivered in the US (for now and soon the rest of the world) from July 12th 2025.

According to Tesla insiders, “Grok is designed to deliver accurate and insightful responses to questions of a wide range” and, in North America, it’s now available in the Tesla Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y and Cybertruck.

It may be also be offered in older vehicles in future, via over-the-air software updates.

The Grok AI software was developed by xAI which was formed by Tesla CEO Elon Musk in 2023  and is most prominent on the ‘X’ social media platform, which is owned by xAI.

Now Press & Hold Action Button = Instant Grok Access.

You can trigger Grok from the Lock Screen or any app with your Action Button.

Make sure the Grok app is updated for the best experience.
