Durian Hub

Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has brought back its annual Durian Hub, offering guests and visitors the chance to enjoy premium durians during the peak fruit season.

Running every Friday and Saturday from July to September, subject to availability, the seasonal pop-up takes place at Palms Café Terrace from 5pm to 10pm. The open-air setting provides a relaxed space for guests to enjoy freshly opened durians, with à la carte food and beverages from Palms Café also available throughout the evening.

The experience is open to both hotel guests and the public, while Club IOI members, IOI staff and associates of participating hotels, including Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, Le Méridien Putrajaya, Moxy Putrajaya and Four Points by Sheraton Puchong, can enjoy additional privileges.

New for 2026 is the “Durian Meeting Escape”, a corporate offering that replaces the traditional meeting break with freshly served durians and ice kacang. Designed for training sessions, meetings and corporate gatherings, the concept aims to give business events a distinctly Malaysian twist by showcasing one of the country’s most popular seasonal fruits.

Durian Hub has become a regular feature of Palm Garden Hotel’s calendar, celebrating the annual durian harvest while providing a gathering place for hotel guests, local residents and visitors to Putrajaya.

With the season now underway, the hotel will continue hosting the weekend durian sessions through September, offering another opportunity for durian enthusiasts to enjoy the fruit in a resort-style setting.
