SIN, the vibrant new rooftop bar at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok, is redefining the after-dark scene with its spectacular views of the Chao Phraya River. While the bar invites guests to celebrate life’s special moments with crafted cocktails, it also offers an inclusive experience for sober revelers.

New Year, New Menu

With its new “Sober Sips” menu, SIN has created an alcohol-free cocktail collection that’s as sophisticated as it is innovative. Curated by award-winning Head Mixologist Brian Gonzalez Fernandez, the Sober Sips menu is a collection of non-alcoholic versions of SIN’s signature cocktails, each inspired by themes of sin, desire and indulgence.

Before coming to Bangkok, Brian honed his craft in London and Madrid, where he was part of the trend moving away from sugary mocktails toward complex, high-quality alcohol-free creations. His focus on healthful, natural ingredients ensures that every drink offers both depth and sophistication.

New Flavours

Each Sober Sip is crafted with the same attention to detail as a regular cocktail. Brian uses top-tier sober spirits and dealcoholized wines, such as sparkling French Bloom Le Blanc, to build layered drinks with rich flavours and textures.

Highlights include Forbidden Nectar, made with sober whiskey, miso, caramel yogurt, and carrot and The Temptress, a mix of sober gin, amaretto, raspberry, lemon, matcha and foam.

These unique creations are complemented by a curated menu of light bites, such as Gillardeau oysters, gourmet sashimi, wagyu beef tartare and katsu sando. SIN is open Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am, and reservations are essential. The dress code is smart casual, with covered shoes required.
