The Ascott Limited has announced Hanoi, Vietnam as the next stop for The Famous CFC, a global fan engagement programme in partnership with Chelsea Football Club, set to take place on 17–18 April 2026.

The two-day event will be held across key properties including Ascott Tay Ho Hanoi, Oakwood Residence Hanoi, and Somerset West Point Hanoi, culminating in an exclusive evening event titled A Night with the Blues.

A First Visit For The Chelsea Icon

The Hanoi edition marks the first-ever official club visit to Vietnam by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, one of Chelsea’s most celebrated forwards.

During his time at the club from 2000 to 2004, Hasselbaink scored 87 goals in 177 appearances and secured the Premier League Golden Boot in the 2000/01 season. Known for his powerful attacking presence, he remains a fan favourite among Chelsea supporters worldwide.

His appearance in Hanoi is expected to be a highlight for local fans, offering opportunities for meet-and-greets and exclusive interactions.

The main event, A Night with the Blues, will take place at the Ho Tay Grand Ballroom at Ascott Tay Ho Hanoi, which will be transformed into a Stamford Bridge-inspired setting.

The venue, described as the largest pillarless ballroom in Hanoi, will offer fans a first look at the property ahead of its full launch, positioning it as a key destination for large-scale events and gatherings.

The Famous CFC initiative is designed to connect Chelsea fans globally with the club through immersive experiences and collaborations with international partners.

Following previous stops in cities such as Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta, the Hanoi edition continues the programme’s expansion across Southeast Asia, a region known for its strong Chelsea fanbase.
