The Estate at Hilton Singapore Orchard now offers a fresh new brunch menu

Hilton Singapore Orchard has announced a refreshed menu for its Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch. Housed at its residential all-day buffet restaurant Estate, it offers an even more indulgent and lavish weekly Sunday brunch experience, which starts from 16 April 2023.

The restaurant’s Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch has quickly become one of Singapore’s most coveted brunch events for gourmands and families alike. In addition to its wide range of gastronomic delights and free-flowing drinks, it also offers engaging kids activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Taking It Up a Notch

The already impressive Estate Sunday Brunch Menu is now even more spectacular, as diners can now feast on a wider selection of the ocean’s freshest catch. Dig into Maine lobsters and snow crabs before heading to the Live Oyster Bar to enjoy freshly shucked Canadian, Irish and Fine de Claire oysters.

The Avocado Bar

The highlight for the Sunday Brunch at the Estate is the Avocado Bar where fans of the fruit can now relish in the assortment of avocado-inspired dishes. This includes servings of Avocado and Cucumber Gazpacho, Avocado and Ricotta on Gluten-free Bread, Avocado Hummus and Avocado with Tuna Tataki.

East Meets West

The refreshed menu also features new Western and modern Asian dishes with warm bowls of Homemade Orecchiette with locally grown mushrooms, Cepe sauce and white truffle oil. Also on offer are serving indulgent portions of Wagyu Beef Rossini with pan-fried foie gras, wagyu beef tenderloin marble score 4-5, potato puree, and Perigourdine sauce.

Bottomless Booze and Desserts

Rounding out the ultimate brunch experience with an array of delectable desserts includes the Estate’s Chocolate Cake and Sour Cherry Tea Cakes, as well as the option for bottomless booze with a top-up fee. Alcoholic beverages on offer include the luxurious Magnum Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rose.
