Dyson has launched the HushJet Purifier Compact in Malaysia, marking a new direction for the brand’s air purification technology in a smaller, more understated format.

At the centre of the new purifier is Dyson’s HushJet Nozzle, a departure from the brand’s familiar Air Multiplier design. Drawing inspiration from jet engine aerodynamics, the nozzle projects a focused stream of purified air while reducing turbulence, allowing the unit to operate with minimal noise.

Designed with bedrooms and everyday living spaces in mind, the HushJet Purifier Compact operates at just 24 dBA in night mode. Its quiet performance is paired with intelligent sensors that monitor air quality in real time and automatically adjust settings as conditions change.

Despite its compact size, the purifier delivers whole-room coverage for spaces up to 200 square feet. A fully sealed electrostatic filtration system captures 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust, pollen and pet dander. The filter is designed to last up to five years, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

Weighing 3.5kg and compatible with the MyDyson app and voice control, the HushJet Purifier Compact is designed to blend quietly into daily routines — offering a low-key approach to cleaner indoor air.
