World Gourmet Festival

Anantara Siam Bangkok has unveiled the first wave of star-studded chefs set to headline the 25th Annual World Gourmet Festival, running from 22–28 September 2025. Celebrating its silver jubilee, the festival promises a week of exceptional dining experiences from some of the world’s most acclaimed culinary talents — with tickets now on sale.

This year’s line-up is already making headlines, as three of the featured chefs’ restaurants have recently debuted on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list. Eric Vildgaard’s Jordnær (Denmark, #56), Dave Pynt’s Burnt Ends (Singapore, #93), and Vaughan Mabee’s Amisfield (New Zealand, #99) are among the highlights — offering Bangkok diners a rare opportunity to experience globally celebrated cuisine without leaving the city.

Eric Vildgaard, the self-taught Danish chef behind Jordnær, brings a deeply personal and technically brilliant take on Nordic fine dining to Thailand for the first time. He will collaborate with Vaughan Mabee, who is renowned for his wild-foraged menus and storytelling through food, for a special evening on 23 September.

Singapore’s Janice Wong — twice named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef — will host an artistic afternoon tea experience over three days. Meanwhile, Dave Pynt, the grill master of Burnt Ends, will showcase his wood-fired creations on 25 September.

Also making their Thailand debut are Santiago Fernandez of MAZ (Tokyo), who brings a poetic exploration of Peruvian-Japanese fusion, and Paco Méndez of Come (Barcelona), whose modern Mexican dishes push culinary boundaries with flair.

Beyond the headline dinners, the festival will include chef’s tables, masterclasses, exclusive wine pairings, and lively after-dark events across Anantara Siam’s elegant venues. For the first time, the festival introduces a range of accessible price points as well.

A 15% early bird discount is available now, limited to six seats per guest per event. Menus and full wine pairings will be released soon.
