Amanpuri Immersion, curated and hosted by Maria Sharapova is back

The first in Aman’s series of wellness immersions hosted by the brand’s Global Wellness Ambassador, Maria Sharapova, has been unveiled and is now available to book.

A Prime Location

Hosted at Amanpuri, Aman’s flagship property situated on its own private peninsula on Phuket’s west coast, the Optimising Performance & Recovery Immersion will take place from 21 to 24 February 2024. The immersion combines mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and recovery practices to offer a wellbeing experience unlike any other.

Curated and hosted in person by Maria Sharapova, utilising expertise and knowledge built during her decades of experience as an elite athlete, in combination with Amanpuri’s expert practitioners, the immersion has been developed to encourage guests of all fitness levels to consider the concept of performance and recovery.

Wellness Amplified

This intimate immersion, with no more than eight participants, will incorporate an individual consultation with Amanpuri’s medical doctor, daily meditations and breathwork practices, performance sessions designed and led by Maria, recovery practices including IV treatment, hydro-facility treatments, and Aman Signature spa treatments.

Additionally, Maria will lead daily hikes each morning prior to breakfast, and warm-up sessions ahead of performance activities will be led by Dr Jason Wersland, founder of Therabody, to ensure guests can learn the long-term benefits of warm up and recovery as vital tools to support overall performance.

Guests will also enjoy several dining experiences, including daily breakfast which is tailored to the day’s forthcoming activities, alongside a welcome beach barbecue dinner and an exclusive farewell dining experience for the group. All menus are designed by Maria in conjunction with Aman’s Regional Executive Chef, Asia, Matteo Nardin.
