Sime Darby Motors, the authorised distributor of BYD cars in Malaysia, is thrilled to introduce the eagerly awaited enhanced BYD Atto 3, showcasing the brand’s ongoing dedication to innovation and quality. This upgraded version of the electric SUV promises Malaysian drivers an exceptional driving experience.

The enhanced BYD Atto 3 is built on the brand’s advanced e-platform 3.0 and features the revolutionary Ultra-Safe Patented Blade Battery Technology. Recognized with a maximum five-star safety rating by Euro NCAP, it is also the world’s first intelligent cabin designed with a blend of sports and fitness concepts.

Moreover, for 2024, the Atto 3 model boasts several enhancements including a new sleek black fin at the D-pillar adds sophistication, replacing the previous white fin, while the iconic BYD logo enhances the vehicle’s modern appeal as well as a new “Black-Dark Blue” interior colour option, elevating the vehicle’s aesthetics alongside existing options.

The new and improved BYD Atto 3 also now features wireless charging capabilities and an expanded 15.6-inch intelligent rotating touch screen, enhancing entertainment and connectivity features. The Cosmos Black exterior colour also joins the lineup, providing customers with more choices to match their style preferences.

On top of that, the enhanced BYD Atto 3 has received global acclaim, earning accolades such as “Electric Car of the Year” by News UK and “Best EV SUV” in Thailand’s Car of the Year 2023 awards. The enhanced Atto 3 is also available at RM149,800 in a single variant, offering optimal performance and tailored features. With the addition of Cosmos Black, customers now have four colour options to choose from.

The model comes with an impressive warranty package 6-year or 150,000km vehicle warranty, 8-year or 160,000km battery warranty and 8-year or 150,000km drive unit warranty. BYD also offers comprehensive service packages, ensuring a seamless ownership experience and long-term cost savings for EV owners.

With the launch of the enhanced BYD Atto 3, the brand presents a diverse product lineup catering to various preferences and budgets, including the BYD Dolphin compact hatchback from RM99,900 and the Sports Sedan BYD Seal from RM179,800.
