Amazfit has launched its Hybrid Training ecosystem in Malaysia, bringing together training guidance, recovery insights and performance tracking through its latest Balance smartwatch series.

Powered by the new Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra, the ecosystem is designed for users who combine strength training, running and other forms of fitness. The Balance 3 is now available in Malaysia, while the Balance Ultra serves as the flagship model in the range.

The platform integrates with the Zepp app to provide a broader view of fitness by combining data on training, recovery, sleep, stress and daily activity. The aim is to help users better understand how these factors influence overall performance and make more informed training decisions.

Among the new features is HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, which brings together metrics including BioCharge, LifeLoad and Training Load into a single dashboard that measures physical readiness and recovery. The Balance series also introduces Weekly Focus and Training Balance, allowing users to monitor how their workouts are distributed across endurance, strength and recovery.

For those following structured programmes, Hybrid Training Plans offer guided workouts designed to support long-term fitness progression.

As the official wearable partner of HYROX, Amazfit has also integrated dedicated features for the fitness racing competition into both devices. These include race-specific training plans, virtual pace guidance, workout modes tailored to HYROX events and post-race analysis covering pacing, station performance and overall race times.

The Balance Ultra features a Grade 5 titanium case aimed at users looking for a premium smartwatch that transitions between training and everyday wear, while the Balance 3 is positioned as a more versatile option for daily fitness, available in stainless steel and titanium variants.
