Michelin Thailand

Thailand’s food scene is glowing brighter than ever as the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026 is unveiled, adding 10 new Michelin-starred restaurants and celebrating the country’s second-ever Three-Michelin-Star venue.

This year’s guide features 468 restaurants, including 2 Three-Star, 8 Two-Star, 33 One-Star, 137 Bib Gourmand, and 288 Michelin Selected eateries.

Sühring Joins the Three-Star Elite

The headline of the 2026 edition is the promotion of Sühring to Three Michelin Stars, joining Sorn as one of Thailand’s top culinary destinations. Led by twin chefs Thomas and Mathias Sühring, the restaurant’s modern German tasting menu—rooted in family recipes and precise traditional techniques—has earned global acclaim.

Two-Star Promotions: French and Indian Excellence

Two restaurants rise from One to Two Stars:

Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie, offering refined French cuisine shaped by Chef Pic and Head Chef Tamaki Kobayashi.

INDDEE, a modern Indian tasting menu known for its storytelling and striking presentation.

Seven Restaurants Earn Their First Star

Three newcomers make an immediate impact:

Bo.lan (Thai, heritage-driven and sustainable)

Cannubi by Umberto Bombana (modern Italian)

etcha (“borderless” cuisine blending Thai ingredients with European techniques)

They’re joined by four promotions from Michelin Selected to One Star: Gaggan, Juksunchae, Nusara, and Sushi Saito.
