Hue Dining’s landmark location at the Hong Kong Museum of Art ensures that design and art consistently share the spotlight with its culinary offerings. This summer, the restaurant continues its celebrated partnership with Tanya Baxter Contemporary Art presents a series of rotating art installations.
Introducing the “Between Black and White at Hue Dining” Afternoon Tea In conjunction with the museum’s current exhibition, Hue Dining is launching a seasonal afternoon tea set inspired by the iconic works of master painter Wu Guanzhong. Newly appointed Executive Chef Ramsey Wong has curated the afternoon tea set to capture the captivating colours and textures of Wu Guanzhong’s art.

Available on Saturdays and Sundays from 25 May 2024 to 28 July 2024, between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm, this exceptional tea experience is priced at HK$680 for two people. The set includes a selection of delicacies to share and a choice of tea or coffee.
