Christmas Leong, a culinary visionary trained in Guangdong, together with her husband David Chan, have infused each dessert with stories and memories. One of their signature dishes, the tangerine peel red bean paste, even features decade-aged Chen Pi sourced directly from Chinese farms, bridging traditions across lands.

Discussing the new offerings, Leong said, “As we celebrate the Lunar New Year, Dessert Lab becomes a melting pot of cultures, a place where each spoonful is steeped in history and love.”
