The DB5 springs to the mind, as does the Vantage, Vanquish and the DBX. Soon though, we will link Aston Martin to real estate because the brand has just lent its expertise to a luxury home in Japan.
What’s Up With Aston Martin Designing A Home?
Mind you, it’s not the first time that Aston Martin has dipped its toe into the realm of real estate. The brand has had follows successful projects in the United States, including the Sylvan Rock private residential estate and exclusive Aston Martin Residences in Miami. This latest project however marks the first time the brand has designed a luxury home in Asia.
Where Is It Located?
The home is in the highly desirable Omotesando area of Minami Aoyama, it is one of Tokyo’s foremost architectural and style centres. VIBROA has commenced with the design and construction of № 001 Minami Aoyama already. The four-storey home boasts a roof terrace and stunning views of Tokyo.
What Does An Aston Martin Abode Look Like?
As you’d expect its luxurious but also tasteful. In short, not a futuristic cutting edge home that looked like it jumped out of the pages of Star Wars. Impressions of the home showcase an automotive gallery, wine cellar, home cinema, gym, and private spa.
Aston Martin’s design principles are clearly reflected throughout the property. Aston Martin’s acclaimed designers worked with a local architect to bring this vision through. Both the exterior design and interior styling of the property as well as the carefully selected furniture boasts the hallmarks of this collaborative venture.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no figure on the Aston Martin designed № 001 Minami Aoyama property. In case you’re wondering, the home is already sold to a private buyer and is scheduled for completion in November 2023.
